Hi, I'm Bronwyn Corps.

I started Support Layer because I kept seeing the same problem: trades businesses investing in great software and not getting anywhere near the value they should. The setup was rushed, the training was minimal, and when something didn't work there was no one to call.

I've spent years working hands-on with job management platforms across the trades industry — building workflows, writing templates, setting up automations, and sitting alongside business owners while they figure out what works for them. Not from a sales desk, but from the ground up.

I have a passion for systems, processes, and making it simpler for trades businesses to get real value from their software. I understand the specific challenges you face — and I know exactly where all the gremlins hide.
